McGill’s Dining Room and Saloon is a culinary detour rooted deep in Montana history. Our dining room and saloon are located at the 320 Guest Ranch just outside Yellowstone National Park. Here we pay homage to the pioneering spirit by sourcing local ingredients to create innovative dishes that honor our past and celebrate the present.
Meander along the Gallatin River, through the Gallatin Canyon between Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park and you’ll stumble upon a little turnoff that will lead you to us. The 320 Guest Ranch is a respite from the hustle and bustle, a place to put your feet up while spinning tales around the campfire. Come for supper and stay to soak in the experience.
320 RanchMcGill’s is named in honor of Dr. Caroline McGill, Montana’s first female doctor and former owner of the 320 Guest Ranch. Read more about Dr. McGill and the storied past of the 320 Guest Ranch.
